There are some amazing people at the organization. Competent engineers, skilled labor, and some generally very good people.

Cons

There are also some majorly ego-driven managers who command a cult of personality type of organization. They fear people smarter than them and will root them out, which is unfortunate. Some departments, which should have been closed long ago, but remain because McK is adverse to firing people (even the ones that really should go). Poor communication across departments and across regional offices. Thr right hand never knows what the left hand is doing and makes both look incompetent.
