- high ethical standards - the best people - excellent benefits

- old fashioned perceptions work; people who are physically present longer are perceived to work harder - not so technically advanced

Pros

Great company with great people. The company is beautifully located geographically to take advantage of cheaper work force, sometimes, too cheap though.

Cons

Poor direction. Targeting military only in big slump. Needs mor. Continuous layoffs, I hear there were some major ones in the past. Expect more in the future.
