They do pretty good with Edu here. I've gotten along with management well. Culture seema good.

Pay sucks compared to other critical care transport programs.

Double pay for working holidays, fairly easy job

Cons

Management preaches "just culture" but is quick to jump on you for being "wrong" and doesn't apologize when you prove that you're acrually correct. Everyone around you gets to wear regular clothes and be in their phones while Med Trans flight coordinators have to wear a uniform and can't have their phones out.
