Pros

The people are fantastic and the office is great. It has a family atmosphere. The hours are very flexible, and you get to work from home one day a week. The culture is great. Several fun events are held throughout the year, including an entire week's worth of games, food, and contests to celebrate Customer Service Week. There's a substantial Holiday Party at the end of each year.

Cons

Although the company is growing, it still suffers from small company issues. There is no centralized process around anything, and you'll find little to no documentation on the processes that do exist. There's no formal training system either. New employees are generally trained by taking on tasks that force them to go around the office asking questions. Most problems are solved with band-aid solutions instead of taking the time to make things better and more efficient.

Pros

Work at home once a week Somewhat decent paycheck No real reprimand/accountability here if you lay low

Cons

Clueless management No process (at least ones that are followed) Outdated systems Horrible infrastructure Low morale (esp. with outsourcing and possible buyout) Band-Aid fixes to a much bigger problem in this company Revolving door of employees
