      New building, somewhat decent hours

      Cons

      There are so many cliques and if you aren’t in the popular one you alone get promoted. So much like high school it’s not funny.

      Average first job out of college Helps you figure out what a good and bad company is after you leave If you befriend leadership and they like you, you have somewhat of a shot getting somewhere within the company.

      Call center employees deserve better

      Pros

      They will probably hire you and keep you if you work hard. If you are a positive and determined person, you can use this company to advance your career in this industry or an adjacent one (i.e. customer service, healthcare). The employees are pleasant to work with despite the pressure the company puts on them.

      Cons

      Call center employees not adequately compensated. If you don't get a promotion, your raises will be a gesture rather than advancement. It is the most diverse part of the company, and appears to be paid the least. If you work in the call center you will not have much agency over internal processes, and it will be difficult to maintain a work/life balance. Additionally, MedRisk consistently fails patients, doctors, and providers. If you have interacted with MedRisk, you may already know about delayed healthcare and unpaid bills.
