Pros

Flex time! And possible work from home on Fridays IF you’re not on a some kind of performance plan

Cons

HGH TURN OVER RATE! You’re fired for very simple things. The heads of the company read this platform but don’t take the complaints serious. Turn over for any company is bad financially and a plague. This also causes backlog and stress to other employees to meet demands. DAY TO DAY - This job involves sitting in front of a computer all day and working like a robot. (Literally) You’re only allowed two 10 minute breaks and a half hour lunch which is not enough. God forbid u go over the 10 minute break, you’ll be penalized. You do the same thing repitively every single day 40 hours a week. Very mundane. Quota driven. The new QUATTRO system was predicted to be fast and efficient in getting work done and is the complete opposite (slow and inefficient) YET you’re held up to meet high quotas. They will add responsibility on u even if you’re on a performance plan! New ppl get taken advantage of. They are assigned level 2 work or extra responsibilities and expected to keep up. The policies are awful (attendance points, random HOT days, only a certain amount of advocates can be off per day considering it’s a big department) They don’t allow for life to happen. God forbid you get into a car accident coming into work and are unable to work that day you’ll get attendance points for not notifying them 24 hours in advanced. Sounds dumb? It is! They love to paint the picture that this company is so great and we’re a family but it’s not! WHAT TO DO IF YOURE HIRED HERE? please don’t intend to stay longer than 6 months. Don’t stress over your numbers it’s not worth it. Do the best u can everyday, keep job searching and then LEAVE!

Pros

you have a personal desk, nice employee lounge,

Cons

this job has the most insane attendance policy ever. they expect you to NEVER have to call out and when you do, you get penalized no matter the reason (yes, they will penalize you whether youre at the doctor or even if you're at a funeral). Youre forced to sit at a desk for 8 hours doing the same thing over and over and over again. During training, you'll think this is such an easy-going job. Once training ends, you see how horrible this job actually is, which is why the turnover rate is SO high. Out of my training class, only 3/7 of us are left. Parking is terrible, people have to park almost a mile away from the job. You are only permitted a 30 minute lunch which unless you bring food to work, you have absolutely no time to go get food, return to work, and eat. You'll end up eating at your desk while working. You are also permitted 2 ten minute breaks, which probably gives you enough time to use the bathroom. The leaders will basically stalk you and if you're away from your desk for 5 minutes, they will harass you. Cross your fingers that you won't end up sitting next to a loud speaker, they make this job even more frustrating. Hopefully you won't get seated near our Spanish speaking team, they are so loud and have full blown conversations over their cubicles like this job doesn't require you to be on the phone all day. The hours are brutal, you are literally here all day, and with the unreasonable attendance policy, don't even think about being able to take care of any personal business. The worst part about it is you have the ability to work from home. Unfortunately they NEVER allow you to do this. The only time I was able to work from home was during a really bad snow storm. Your car can be on fire and they still will only give you the option to find a way to work or penalize you for calling out BECAUSE YOUR CAR WAS ON FIRE! I am not exaggerating, stay as far away from this place as possible. It is not mentally stimulating in the least and you'll be 100% miserable. This is coming from one of the companies top workers.

Pros

Work from home during quarantine, weekends off

Cons

(Wish I could rate at a -10) The cons of this job are...Everything, just a terrible company, high turnover (saw many reviews about that) , didn’t eat to believe how fast they get rid of people and replace that seat! Very scary
