Pros

-Good Cafeteria -Clean bathrooms -There are no other pros to this company, I just have to fill the 20 word minimum

Cons

Focusing on Advocacy, it is a high school class. Management is an absolute mess, between micromanaging and manipulation. The two managers in place are hypocritical and fake. Your breaks are counted and you are watched through blinds like children, but the managers walk in at 10am, leave for an hour to get food at 12, then go home at 4pm. The managers promise you incentives and bonuses, but then take them away when too many people do the work (absurd). Also, after taking away the bonuses, the managers magically got promotions and raises. The few good advocates left are bombarded with 99% of the departments work because no one else is capable of handling it (including managers). Additional assignments sent out all day long and are expected to be completed after you've already doubled their daily quota. Advocates and team leads are dropping like flies and managements only comment is, "let them quit". This company as a whole is circling the drain, mass layoffs throughout the entire company of over 75 people in the past 3 months.

Pros

If it's been over a month or so of aggressive job searching, then totally go for it in the mean time of finding a new one. Easy to make new friends with people your age. Very supportive peer environment (not so much management). Casual dress code was awesome (but this is only really in place because you're treated like a modern day serf). Nicest cubicle I've ever had and the building is pretty.

Cons

You're basically paid chump change to do pointless baby work. Daily work flow is the same exact thing every day. Be prepared to call people who don't want to talk to you. The micromanagement is unreal - I hope you're not used to free will. The promotion system is based on peer relations with higher ups, so work on your brown nosing skills.

Pros

Free bagels first friday of every month

Cons

First of all, make sure you set the "Sort" button on here to "Most Recent. " For some reason the fake positive reviews are always shown first when we all know that it's a bunch of lies. Next, take the negative reviews seriously. They are written by REAL people. I mean come on, READ these positive reviews. You didn't have to work here to know they are completely fake and generic (cough, cough HR). The company's rating is around a 2 and these people are coming on here and giving fake 4s and 5s frequently. Even with these high fake ratings, they're STILL at a 2. That should tell you how bad it really is. Sure the company is growing, and that's a negative thing. They won't hire more people, but continue to take on more clients. Then they come back on you that you have to work harder to keep up when it's impossible. The company sucks. Your managers are petty children who enjoy micromanaging. Your coworkers either get you through the day or make you literally want to scream (the latter more often than not). You do not gain any professional skills here. I started a new job and I swear, I haven't felt this good in years. My stress is so much lower, my face cleared up and I just feel so much better. This company was literally crushing my soul. Your quality of life will be at an all time low and you will feel misery and despair every day you have to walk in this building. People often take new jobs making less money just to get out of here. RUN. Find anything else.
