      There is not a single pro to working at Medasource

      Cons

      They walk around the office telling people to write good reviews to take the attention off of the bad ones that are 100% accurate

      Pros

      At Eight Eleven Group / Medasource, we truly live by our values. - Co-workers become family. - Having a family is widely supported through the initiatives and paid maternity / paternity leave that is offered. - The harder you work, the more you earn and the more you are rewarded. That being said, it won't come easy; you have to work extra, organize yourself and get really good at what you do to continue seeing success. - Opportunities to stay long-term in a recruiter / producer seat. Leadership is continuing to find new ways to provide more value, better perks and bigger rewards for those of us who want to stay in the producing seat. Overall, wonderful company to work for and highly recommend, as we truly are one of the best in the industry!

      Cons

      A few things our leadership could work on: - Being more open and transparent with where we are. The current economy is down, hiring is down, but yet we're constantly being told "oh next month is really going to pick up!" But it doesn't happen. - Sometimes it does seem that the Sales side is more important than the Recruiting side, but both are crucial to our success as a company. - Still not allowing 100% remote and still not unlimited PTO. Certain things like this are holding us back to be competitive with our competitors. - Sometimes I feel like our Exec team (Pres / VP) are gone too often to really know how things are going anymore. They also sometimes tend to play favorites, but you'll find that most places.
