      Work from home policy is great. I was able to manage my workload and prioritize accordingly.

      Lack of support. Most of the time you feel overwhelmed by the workload.

      Pros

      The company’s culture is the best I have seen yet. Even though it is a big firm they are really transparent about their strategy and results with their employees. Also they encourage you to get better every week, my manager always used to recognize my hard word and congratulated me often which is very motivating. They treat their employees as humans which is not usual nowadays.

      Cons

      If you did not studied about insurances it is a very long process (several years) to be able to understand how everything works so you can feel easily overwhelmed. Not a lot of career opportunities on certain departments.
