Great people that aren't management level. Decent pay. Mostly laid back. Your co-workers are what really make the place.

Cons

You will be surrounded by great ideas, but very little about them get executed. Instead you will work with management that fears change and is okay with the status quo of hosting.

Working for one of the "Best Companies to Work For" in Los Angeles has many perks - flexible schedules, engaged management, generous compensation, company events and free food. The culture here is legendary and, in my tenure, gets better every day.

Cons

There aren't any but no one will believe me so... Sometimes it can be a long walk from the parking lot to the office.
