Thank you for sharing your feedback here, and thank you especially for recognizing that brilliant people and solid technology are our highest priority. I’m sincerely sorry that you lacked direction on your team and experienced a “toxic” environment – that is not representative of the company as a whole, and we have made some changes to the sales organization that will make incentives and team focus more tightly aligned with our strategic priorities. In 2017, you are going to see more investment in the ambitious plans that are most important to us, better alignment globally on priorities, more training for managers, and more empowerment to local leaders to make the decisions that make the most sense in their markets. You are already seeing the investment that we made last year in improved peer-review and career pathing processes, which are making this a better place for ambitious people to continue to grow in their careers. Things change quickly here as we maintain the rapid pace of innovation in our world, but for those ready to adapt to each new phase, there is a huge opportunity to grow as we continue to scale our technology, team, and impact in our industry. –Mike
