Pros

Dedicated long-term employees, good benefits and competitive salaries. Struggling to maintain a positive culture after so much turmoil, but the employee core is still there and are fighting to right the ship.

Cons

Newer top leadership that doesn't do what they say and are still very slow to make decisions and execute on them. Every month since RIF there's been a message of Trust and wanting to Win. Yet favoritism is prevalent and turnover is rampant.

Good people. Good location. Average pay. Good cafeteria. Community minded.

Cons

New leadership Previous ones mysteriously suddenly "retired" or went on vacation and never returned New leadership lacks focus . Bad business year and poor decisions resulted in 350 people losing their jobs. Now the people who "used to do that " are gone and nobody seems to be responsible. Lay off decisions didn't include input and were made by people who didn't know what the work involved. Funny. The people involved in getting the Medicaid business, then losing it weren't the ones laid off. They got promotions

They are good to their employees, and overall a good company to work for

Cons

I would be wary of accepting any offers until they are done with all rounds of their Reduction in Force. Many that work there are very passive agressive, just be aware of that!
