My co-workers were friendly and my immediate supervisor was great( until she left) . There is also a workout room.

Cons

Little room for growth in the company. This was a call center so high turn over rate is to be expected. My supervisor was passed up for a promotion she deserved which caused her to leave. The leadership always made empty promises to me about new job openings and the chance to advance. Truth in my opinion was they just liked to talk the talk. Also, promotions within the IFB are mostly lateral. a grand or two more is the raise.

Cafeteria food is great and lunch is free on Tuesday through Thursday.

Cons

Very hostile and toxic work environment created by poor managers and executives in leadership positions. Medica’s workforce is 95% white. If you’re a POC, look elsewhere because you will be eventually fired.
