Great co-workers. Love them all.

Cons

Very top heavy. Too many managers, VPs and physicians. Poor or no training or mentoring for new employees. Many leaders and employees here for years, and no one wants to move in a new direction. We TALK about our customers, and being member friendly, however our employees are customers and do not matter. Managers in meetings to the point that staff has no support or direction when needed. Work quality comes second to quantity, then when numbers are reached, the quality is not good enough!

It was very clear there were favorites in our department and as often as I stated my wants and needs, I was ignored. VERY dysfunctional management.

Good benefits , generous PTO , good facilities and working environment

Top and middle management heavy , allot of useless bodies making too much money at mgt level, no transparacy and disconnect between floor employees and middle-upper mgt Call center lowest paid dept should be highest paid , difficult to promote from within - seems to be favoratism and tend to promote younger staff that doesnt know squat. If youre liked and kiss up youll get promoted. Ridicolous metrics and high stress in cust serv - call center poorly managed .
