      Pros

      I started in 2021 and made incredible money up until I was promoted in 2025. Well over $150K+. The earning potential is incredible and with performance comes flexibility. You can earn remote which is a huge perk. I love the people here. It's the reason I chose to work here over aya who I was interviewing with simeltaneously.

      Cons

      Do not apply if you're afraid of working hard. It is not easy but it's worth the work if you stay the course.

      Pros

      CULTURE A+, opportunity for great pay for those that work hard. Management team is highly supportive and invested in their employees. We are a team that celebrates everyone and likes to lean on each other to grow as a unit. Work life balance is something everyone strives for and while you have work life balance, you often times will have to hop on at odd hours if you want to find success.

      Cons

      Can be slow to start but 100% up to you on how quick you ramp up. Easy by nature but difficult in that it requires a lot of effort to grow. High earning potential and great group of employees with a strong culture make it fun!

      Cons

      The focus is so far off the goal of connecting people and care that its not even a glimmer in leaderships eye. Every employee, both internal and external, are viewed as a dollar sign, not a human. After over 12 years of tenure, they changed what they consider a 'Senior Recruiter' and demoted 3/4 of their recruiting staff. Not only was it a title demotion, but a financial demotion as well ($2500 from our base salary). And then, because they're struggling for employees, they turn around and increase the 'referral bonus' to refer internal employees. So on one hand they're telling me I am no longer considered a 'Sr Recruiter' after 12 years and are demoting me but on the other hand they're asking me to refer people to this organization? Make it make sense... Its absolute chaos with no one at the wheel. Run away if you have other options.
