Remote work, team leads and direct managers care, ability to travel.

Cons

Unrealistic work loads and the requirement of hourly updates is ridiculous. Was told multiples times we had job security then mass layoffs started.

They had great benefits. Most team members were helpful.

Cons

Leadership was a mess. It was a transition period and multiple layoffs occured in the short time I worked there. Everyone feared for their job which doesn't create a culture of mentorship and support. It was everyone out for themselves. Long term recruiters were heartbroken at what had become of this company.
