Pros

Medical Solutions does not care about its employees, as evidenced by the handling of its most recent round of layoffs. Employees in support roles are treated like second-class citizens by the sales teams and upper management. MedSol spends a lot of time (and money) pretending to be a super progressive company that cares about people, but it’s just an old boys’ club in sheep’s clothing.

Cons

Pay, annual raises and “bonuses” are well below average for support staff

Pros

Can work from home and have a casual dress code. Some of the managers are great and coworkers are also really awesome, but unfortunately a lot of people are leaving.

Cons

Medical solutions is owned by a large investment firm. They do not care about the employees. It is all about profit. They let people go during covid, they are decreasing our base salaries, and they are changing our commission structure. We were promised that benefits would get better in 2021 and they got worse. They say they have " flexible " PTO but it seems very apparent that they are not really encouraging you to take it when you need it. The communication from leadership is AWFUL. They announced they were doing layoffs in a video that was emailed to the entire company. In the video it said you would " get an invite for a meeting" if you were getting laid off... I cannot get over how unprofessional it was. They try to come off as a very fun and progressive place to work that values culture but that could not be further from the truth. Bottom line this is not the best place to work right now. Take your skills and talent to a company that will value you and pay you better.

Pros

Had multiple jobs in AZ.

Cons

They hold exclusive contracts with hospitals and so their loyalty is with those hospitals, not you. I went with them only because they had jobs in AZ. (exclusive contracts with Dignity Health) and that's where I wanted to be. Low pay for sure! They kept my completition bonus since I didn't resign with them. I have a good case if I want to deal with all the legalities according to lawyer, but for $750 I'm thinking it may not be worth it. I'm writing this so you have some facts before signing with them and if you do sign a contract with them, make sure your bonus is disbursed weekly with your paycheck, along with milage and anything else they may owe you. Good luck and make sure you look around.
