      Good Benefits, great coworkers that help you more than the managers

      Cons

      The company is making managers bite off more than they can chew. Work this work that, more numbers, metrics metrics metrics. Yet they fail to understand that they continue to become more and more corporate. Just a bunch of middle aged managers telling you to do better, and if you're not, they give you unrealistic goals to complete.
