H.R & Leadership do not promote team work - TELUS Health hasn't fixed this either

Work-life balance is promoted, but not practiced. H.R shows feels all staff are replaceable. There is a lack of people leadership. The issue are evident, yet all they do is surveys. Nothing changes, other then the excuses for why there is a massive turnover.

Thank you for the feedback. Work-life balance can be challenging in some roles as the pace is fast and volume of work can be heavy at times. However, we do provide a lot of flexibility and ability to work from home for those roles that allow that and do not require direct client facing interactions. Although previously we were limited to the amount of action we could take with respect to the survey results, we are currently working on an action plan to improve engagement and culture of the organization.

The two managers running the Vancouver clinic are horribly unfit to be managers in the first place. They bully the staff as if they are in high school. They clearly are unfit to be managing anyone, and they don't know what they are doing.
