Not many left - good co-workers, decent health insurance.

Cons

Anyone from AVP on up has zero clue as to what they're doing. There is no long term strategy/business plan, and the ship is sinking fast. Long term employees are leaving in droves. Direct management team have little to no say over anything in their groups.
