Boy, where to start!!! Dedicated, talented long term employees are leaving in droves, often without another job just to get away from the hell that is every day here. CEO Michelle O has zero respect for any employee and always thinks she is the only one who works or contributes. Her handling of the company during covid was callous and was very very clear she needed a management 101 class. While MEDITECH is laying people off, the competition is hiring and building more buildings. How can customers possibly be content and satisfied with the product when literally every single employee at MEDITECH is miserable? They continue to lose market share every month and employees are wagering on how long they will be able to stay afloat. Bring in positive leadership who has a cares, is a true leader not tyrant and possible they would be able to save this company's downward spiral to extinction. Bring back Neal and Howard who were great leaders and stand up humans who actually cared about their #1 resource ... their people! Bring back the old caring culture where people enjoyed coming to work and doing a great job while feeling part of a valued and highly functional team ... this is no longer the case due to CEO's distrustful and cold dictatorship culture. Good leaders get everyone on board and lead with empathy and trust ... tragically, MOC is not a good leader nor does she have even a semblance of leadership!!

TERRIBLE, training all over the place, they micromanage especially if you are not in boston. Very low pay and they won't budge on it! You will experience burnout!!
