No "Lay Off" Policy is a LIE... Hires on False Pretenses. Bonuses are laughable.

Remote work, managers are easy to deal with

Everything is a con! They promote they have never had a lay off. That is a lie! I work there now and my team was just told we are all being let go. They will also tell you they have great bonuses when you get hired, which is also a lie. I got a bonus this year that was $250. Laughable! They only have loyalty to the people that have been Meditech employees for decades. They have no clear path for the future. No one really knows what they are doing. RUNNNNNN from this place.

Cons

The CEO needs to listen more and not act as if she is the smartest person in the room. There are many smart people with strong knowledge and ideas. She needs to be more open to listening to others.
