Not many left - good co-workers, decent health insurance.

Cons

Anyone from AVP on up has zero clue as to what they're doing. There is no long term strategy/business plan, and the ship is sinking fast. Long term employees are leaving in droves. Direct management team have little to no say over anything in their groups.

Awesome benefits. The health insurance is very good and affordable. Low co-pays and deductible probably the best health insurance I’ve had from any job. Time off accrual is great mostly once you get into the 2+ year mark. Depending on your supervisor/manager your ability to flex a couple hours here and there to not have to use your banked time is helpful.

Cons

Higher ups do not care about the lower level employees that keep the company going. The salary is incredibly lower when comparing to competitors doing the same position. Haven’t had a real salary increase in 3 years, hardly even an inflation raise. Bonuses have been nonexistent. All that while the CEO took a massive 6 figure pay raise for 2024. The higher ups are tone deaf and have no idea how to effectively communicate to the staff that deal with the customers on a daily basis, which is an unforgiving and miserable aspect of the job.
