Great starter job, and maybe more
Pros
This is a great company for two kinds of people: 1. Recent grads looking to acquire a skill set. 2. People with families. The benefits are excellent and the work-life balance is good. Flexibility is there to be had. A good company culture for the most part. Privately held, so they are free to care as much about people as profits and they generally do.
Cons
The pay is not spectacular. Expect an entry level salary when first hired unless you have a clinical background or other relevant experience; mid-career professionals looking to maximize earnings will likely not find their offer attractive. The number does go up though for those who sign on, stick it out and turn it into a career. Most mid-career people at the company joined in their early careers and never left.
