Pros

Good benefits, remote work, generous PTO. Good starter job.

Cons

Low salary, poor management, CEO is out of touch with reality and no HR department.

Pros

The healthcare insurance offered is good, and the company culture is stable and unaggressive.

Cons

Salary increases are minimum, and the initial offers are just as small. Great place to learn, but not to have the bulk of your career. When I left, new hires were being paid more than me who had been there for more than 5 years. They don’t do a lot of work to keep employees happy. All of their resources are poured into the Boston office, so if you work elsewhere, just expect to be a second class employee. Additionally, they provide dual monitors and a laptop, but the monitors are old and outdated (small and low quality). There’s no 401k match. They didn’t handle the return to work well, they kept changing their minds, it was rather frustrating.

Pros

Longevity Great people to work with Great Peers

Cons

Pay is awful Benefits slowly being taken away Constant Employee Tracking Gaslighting Employees on Everything Constant Flip Flop of Work at Home guidelines leads to no one knowing what is going on CEO wants people in the office so they can work with their groups, but groups are dispersed across five buildings and no one is in on the same day, so why make us go in to work with each other, if you're going to be the only one there. Yearly bonus has been whittled down to nothing No longer offering stock - company did a mandatory stock buy back if you had less than 5000 shares, so only the top tier are getting dividends. CONSTANT self evaluations (at least quarterly) that all go in written permanent file. Out of nowhere, they demand everyone get mandatory background checks Constant re-orgs, they split a team of six, and move three to a new platform, then complain when the output of the group goes down. Seems like there are more Associate Vice Presidents and higher than Directors or Managers. Every year they would post how great Q4 earnings were, then when bonus and raise time came, we were told a different story. Company seems more interested in looking diverse than being diverse.
