Your coworkers are friendly and inviting.

Cons

I have heard management voice there political trump views,refusing to wear masks until someone actually caught Covid , poc are treated unfairly, I have seen white coworkers sleep on the job but poc are held to a much higher standard, not diverse,not inclusive , and the ceo isn’t inclusive either only hiring white managers.

Nice helpful coworkers ,paid lunch.

Cons

The last 2 people let go in manufacturing were people of color (including me), I have seen my white coworkers(not all) sleep on the job, be on the their phones constantly , on just sit and do nothing in front of the ceo .poc are treated differently blatantly and gaslit by micro aggressions in manufacturing including management.
