Pros

Good pay, new vehicles, easy workload

Cons

This is just my personal experience. I was a driver for a few months here, never once showed up late, never once broke any rules, always was polite with my management and did my job without argument. One day without any notice, I was shifted into the manufacturing department and was basically told to mind my own business when I asked why I was singled out. Two weeks later, I've been 'terminated'. When I asked my manager why this was happening, she handed me my last paycheck and told me to email the CFO. When I did that, it was discovered that they outsourced my job and simply didn't need me anymore. So it was a layoff, not termination. I'm sure they knew this would happen, and some warning may have been nice during a global pandemic, during which its next to impossible to find a job.

Pros

It seems exciting at first. Some coworkers are amazing.

Cons

The CEO asks for people who can do what he can't, won't, and/or has no understanding of, but will not accept any information or insight, has no understanding of advertising, sales, and marketing cycles or the pace of adoption of change in healthcare. Currently engaged in multiple business plans, has not fully committed to any of them, some are in direct competition with each other, will not give credit for most referrals, does not employ any sort of system to track referrals, but this is what any possible commission or bonus is based on. Resists suggestions to initiate tracking. Will throw numerous additional and unrelated tasks at employees and will then ask why their primary job wasn't more productive, or why side jobs weren't completed if one remains focused on primary role. The company has horrible customer service, employees literally yell at customers over the phone - it's a difficult fact to overcome. Company is at or very near maximum capacity but CEO demands more business hoping that the influx of money will enable him to expand after customers suffer through bad service for several months due to being unable to meet existing obligations despite having committed to meeting them. CEO misrepresents capabilities and even services in meetings in the hopes of luring new business in.
