Pros

They pay well thats about it

Cons

Horrible management and if your not a favorite then just forget it no option to move up . Every single one of the managers wants to be your friend you can call out and mess up stuff as much as you'd like no retaliation occurs

Pros

free snacks , few company events

Cons

unless you are in the owner's "favorites' group, your days are numbered. they do not have regular security when using customer credit cards (stored in a spreadsheet for anyone to access) but he hides the crew who do manufacturing in the back by telling them to take the day off when auditors come for inspection. Owner cycles through mid level management where they last 6 weeks and are termed. not everyone is created equal, some more equal than others. track your pto time, if you don't ask for it when you leave, it will never get paid to you, which is law.

Pros

the changes being made are genuinely well thought out and it will be a great place to work in the future, if the barriers are broken down (see below for barriers). all the managers are very nice and helpful. company activities are fun. you can see the want to change and grow.

Cons

Pay is not on par with industry and workload is very high and sporadic for what the pay is. Everything is a panic. The company is unnecessarily trying to not spend money. I have heard some people use the word 'cliquey' which isn't wrong, but I feel like it's more the nature of the work, each team is going to be much more comfortable and outgoing with the people they work with on a day to day basis. The Barriers: The CEO is the barrier and if he was not in the picture, the company would make much greater strides, much faster. He is stuck in the old way of doing things by trying to get something done fast instead of getting the right thing done, which takes longer. He is holding the company back from its true potential.
