- There are some people here who really know what they are doing - Nice shiny new offices - Strong therapeutic knowledge throughout the clinical staff

Cons

- CEO is still way too involved, and occasionally verbally abusive - Top level functional management has been the same for +15 years ... they aren't going to budge on new ideas - Uncompetitive pay

- Extensive training and resources available - Friendly coworkers and managers who are always willing to help - A lot of “keeping to yourself” if that’s what you like

Cons

- There is no WFH option for this position. I rot in an office all day when I could do the same tasks from home, probably be more productive, and not be stuck staring at grey walls and flooring all day. - There are many grey areas when it comes to training, which makes it difficult to feel like you’re doing the job “right” - It can get very repetitive
