Can’t enjoy any of the nice facilities or the gym because everyone is incredibly overworked. Mismanaged from the very top. The company takes on way more than they can handle, throws tons of work on the employees, does a disservice to their clients by putting study quality at risk (not having the proper employee-study ratio to provide any quality work) and has an incredibly long high turnover rate. Some Project Coordinators would have over 40 studies to manage. They look for people right out of college to pay low, overwork for a year, and let leave for much better jobs elsewhere. It’s an incredibly toxic environment- unhealthy in every way. The president/CEO is a nightmare (Personally has to pass every single employee they try to hire but sees nothing of the interview or notes from the interviewer. Denies good candidates for already struggling departments.) The only good part were the coworkers who shared in your misery. Work anywhere else but here.

1. Extremely poor management reminds you of each screaming match with you parents. 2. It will teach you a lesson that working hard won't let you get paid but sucking up to your manager or director definitely will do. 3. Directors play favorite and only a few team leaders get good projects that can help team grow. 4. One of the directors didn't approve your PTOs and will complain about it even though you just asked for half day off to a doctor visit.
