Thank you for your review. We agree that we have great people that are great at what they do! And thank you for your feedback about sales growth goals. We recognize they can be aggressive but they should also be attainable at the same time. We encourage you to connect with your manager and/or HR if you think these goals are not attainable or not motivational because we definitely don't want that.

Pros

Amazing people - kind, humble, committed, Excellent opportunities to connect with other teams, can work from home 100% of the time (no in office requirement), strong commitment to DEI - grown significantly in terms of BIPOC employees, makes significant contributions to South/West side neighborhoods by way of monetary and equipment donations and volunteering.

Cons

Health/Dental benefits could be much better, Lack of professional development - both are in the works for improvement. Some managers are inexperienced which makes it hard to have a clear path for growth. Pay is sub-par.

Thank you for your review! We agree that we have amazing people and thank you for your acknowledgement of the all the growth we've had, especially as it relates to DEI. We appreciate your feedback about professional development. In addition to professional development and growth paths for all individual contributors, we've also been prioritizing ongoing manager training and development to ensure all of our leaders, regardless of years of experience, are equipped to support and grow their teams.
