Pros

Biggest pro for MT is how much the company cares about their employees and clients. For employees, it shows in many different areas including weekly check-ins with your manager, staff meetings, personal development goals, Training annex, FitMT, CommunMT, happy hours, benefits, core values, etc. With clients - there seems to be nothing this company wouldn't do to make sure their clients' have a successful event.

Cons

Some people find the seasonality of the event industry difficult - Spring and Fall are really busy for MT and they do a good job bringing on temporary staff to help with that time but I can see how it could be difficult for others.

Pros

I love the work culture here. It is an environment where learning and development are not just encouraged, but opportunities are provided. The hiring process is not for the weak, but that is how they make sure the people they employ will not only be a good fit for their position, but that they will also be a good fit for the company culture. Humility, Commitment and Kindness are the MT values and they take them seriously. I have been an employee for only six months and have been recognized and personally thanked by the CEO, all managers and by coworkers for my hard work. The people here want to make sure you are in the best work environment possible because they know that it allows you to be a better employee and a better person. I can't speak highly enough about MT.

Cons

The company could use a bit more diversity.
