Pros

Meeting Tomorrow cultivates an environment of professional and passionate employees who care as much about the clients success as they do their colleagues. Everyone has their own job and responsibilities and you'll work hard, but client satisfaction is the top of everyone's priority, and there's a real cohesiveness and comraderie in the companies process of achieving this. Upper management has an open door policy, and the CEO is honest and candid about the companies plans for the future. The company also invests in the professional development of its employees by hosting classes on everything from time management to Excel skills.

Cons

There was a large pay gap between sales and support positions, which was often difficult to justify for people working so closely together.

Great company but falls short

Pros

-Just like all of the reviews you'll see, the people are very genuine and wonderful to work with. -Great hours -staff meetings are very transparent on the state of the organization ... sometimes too much

Cons

-Because they consider themselves as a "scrappy" company, career growth & direction are difficult given the size of the organization. Not really a ton of places to go. -The job can become very repetitive and mundane if you don't look for projects to keep yourself engaged. -Seniority trumps all at MT

Great Place to Work!

Pros

Everyone that I have worked with at Meeting Tomorrow is absolutely amazing at their jobs, committed, determined, and all around friendly. I really value a great company culture and Meeting Tomorrow is a welcoming, fun company to work for and with. The company strives to make sure their employees are happy and I see that through open communication regularly. I always feel comfortable voicing my opinions and needs.

Cons

There isn't much flexibility with paid time off. Compared to other jobs and close friends in similar careers, Meeting Tomorrow doesn't offer as much paid time off as other companies. It is difficult to take time off for family events/vacations. Further, sick days and paid time off are lumped together. Its difficult to take a vacation/day off if you are sick for even a few days.
