Pros

The team is amazingly friendly, hard-working, and respectful. It's really like a big family but without the drama. Victories are celebrated throughout the company and work parties are always a blast. If you're respectful, hard-working, and driven, you can advance very easily.

Cons

Some people may not like that there isn't a defined trajectory, but that's part of who we are. People are given the freedom to try new things and succeed. If you're the kind of person who wants to work hard and carve out your own niche, it will be recognized and rewarded.

Pros

The best thing about Meeting Tomorrow (outside of the amazing people I work with on a daily basis) is how the company is led. Our CEO said recently that he aimed to create an environment that lacked two things: poisonous energy and boredom. This really resonated with me because if you have ever worked at a company where either of those things exist you know how terrible your days can be! I wake up happy every day excited to come to work. There is no other company quite like Meeting Tomorrow!

Cons

Larger company's that "feel" similar to Meeting Tomorrow (young, technology) are able to offer more unique perks due to their size. However, Meeting Tomorrow has it's own set of awesome perks and hopefully will continue to expand as they grow. Management is always listening and figuring out how to incorporate employee needs so I imagine it's only a matter of time!

Pros

Laid back atmosphere, with lots of great people, and the Pres/CEO cares a great deal about the company. They have bar nights to celebrate random occasions, recently introduced a bonus structure which is amazing, 401k match, Med/Dental Ins, and there are fun things that happen like annual holiday party, pancake breakfast, community improvements, and a learning annex with short classes to help improve professional skills, if looking to apply it's best suited for new grads or highly skilled pros w/ exp for a specific function.

Cons

Small business with Org changes often, difficult to advance, pay scale, & increasing turnover.
