Pros

I love the work culture here. It is an environment where learning and development are not just encouraged, but opportunities are provided. The hiring process is not for the weak, but that is how they make sure the people they employ will not only be a good fit for their position, but that they will also be a good fit for the company culture. Humility, Commitment and Kindness are the MT values and they take them seriously. I have been an employee for only six months and have been recognized and personally thanked by the CEO, all managers and by coworkers for my hard work. The people here want to make sure you are in the best work environment possible because they know that it allows you to be a better employee and a better person. I can't speak highly enough about MT.

Cons

The company could use a bit more diversity.

Pros

Everyone that I have worked with at Meeting Tomorrow is absolutely amazing at their jobs, committed, determined, and all around friendly. I really value a great company culture and Meeting Tomorrow is a welcoming, fun company to work for and with. The company strives to make sure their employees are happy and I see that through open communication regularly. I always feel comfortable voicing my opinions and needs.

Cons

There isn't much flexibility with paid time off. Compared to other jobs and close friends in similar careers, Meeting Tomorrow doesn't offer as much paid time off as other companies. It is difficult to take time off for family events/vacations. Further, sick days and paid time off are lumped together. Its difficult to take a vacation/day off if you are sick for even a few days.

Pros

The team is amazingly friendly, hard-working, and respectful. It's really like a big family but without the drama. Victories are celebrated throughout the company and work parties are always a blast. If you're respectful, hard-working, and driven, you can advance very easily.

Cons

Some people may not like that there isn't a defined trajectory, but that's part of who we are. People are given the freedom to try new things and succeed. If you're the kind of person who wants to work hard and carve out your own niche, it will be recognized and rewarded.
