Pros

My favorite thing is the people. We only hire team members who share our Core Values of Kindness, Commitment, and Humility. It's so refreshing to be part of a company where everyone is looking out for each other, rowing in the same direction, and constantly looking to improve themselves and the business. The opportunities to take on new responsibilities and directly help drive growth are abundant. We know that our customers have super high expectations for us, so we know that we need to have super high expectations for ourselves. We have to work very hard in order to come through on the promises we make. If you like to win, learn, share, and grow, then MT could be exactly what you're looking for.

Cons

The events industry is fun but very challenging!

Pros

The people are wonderful and the company values are strong

Cons

There is little flexibility and not a lot of PTO. The company really needs to work on this.

Pros

I like what I do at Meeting Tomorrow. I enjoy my job and if I had to do the same job somewhere else - I'd probably still enjoy it.... but I wouldn't love it. The culture here is the difference. It's company wide, everyone feels it and contributes in their own way. It's telling that I've never heard someone complain about their job here. Ever. From top to bottom, everyone loves what they do and who they work with - and that makes it very easy to wake up everyday to come to work! If I told you that there is a company that puts culture above profitability, would you believe me? It's real.

Cons

The work environment here is not for everyone. It's constantly changing. We offer a diverse set of services to our clients which means that we have to learn new techniques and change our processes constantly. Sometimes it's a struggle and there will always be frustrations and growing pains, but we are all in it together. Someone who needs to know what they are going to work on from week-to-week for the next year may shy away from a company like this. The flip side is that if you're on board for the ride - you will be constantly challenged in a fast paced work environment, and that can be a lot of fun.
