There's nothing there in this company .......... bad products with bad technical architecture , inefficient & technically unsound Leads/Managers , pathetic infrastructure, poor packages/hikes , no facilities- canteen , transport, team outings etc . Because of poor product quality , late deliveries , unstability in higher management in UK the company is loosing all business ....... No body wants to work here . If somebody comes in for interview when they see the condition of the company , they don't join only and if in case there are any new joiners , most of them abscond within 1 week. So whoever is planning to join Meganexus must keep other offers handy else you will feel trapped just like the current employees here.
