Pros
MegaNexus is one of those rare things - a company that's doing something interesting and worthwhile. It has a varied mix of clients, so you need to be comfortable changing between different projects and the different demands and scale of complexities of the two. One day you can be working on a big contract that requires large-scale infrastructure implementation, the next on a micro project. So you move between something complex that tests your knowledge and skills to the limit and then go to the straight-forward stuff. You need to be comfortable - ""agile"" - at moving from one to the other. It's interesting work, a great learning opportunity and it really does make a difference to people's lives.
Cons
The team is large, fun and everyone is very friendly and helpful. However, sometimes more clarity is needed from the project managers on what client priorities and requirements are. We're all working towards one end goal, so better communication would help everyone know what needs to be implemented and when.
