Employees are not treated well by management. Not enough to learn at work. You can only survive if you are yes man for management. Management over commits to client than company is capable of delivering hence everyone ends up working crazy hours. People at management dont mingle well as a result planning gets screwed and team suffers. London people blames Pune people and vice versa in case anything goes wrong, no one takes any responsibility. Worst work culture any IT organization can have, lot of politics in pune office. HR are puppets to management, they never speak in favor of employee. Join this company if you dont want to have your personal life, forget whatever good work practices you have learnt and work in meganexus way.
