High attrition, difficult and untrustworthy owner at times, general lack of structure and stability within office which leads to low morale and low engagement.

- Bad management - Rude director/Owner - Got the job to do an IT apprenticeship but they use you as a office admin. making you do 60% admin work and 40% IT work. - Never appreciated for the hard work done - spoken to in a very rude way by management.

Great people with strong work ethic. Very worthwhile company to work for, as they strive to help the most vulnerable people in society. Lots of challenges to keep you on your toes, and no-one is ever bored. The company definitely has a bright future as they continue to grow, so there is lots of opportunity for personal and professional growth. You will learn a lot!

Most of the reviews here appear to be out of date, as in my time here I have not seen any evidence of the negative reviews below.
