Pros

Good experience, good exposure, the people are very friendly and sociable, location, interesting projects. You learn a lot. The current CEO was new new when I joined but seemed to be a really good appointment.

Cons

Tough environment, owner could be hard to work with, changing expectations and a lack of consistency. When I worked in sales there even if you were on a train at 6am for a meeting and back at 5pm you were expected back in the office for the last half an hour.

Pros

Dedicated, hard working and skilled individuals to collaborative with and bounce ideas around with. The team has expanded to include more specialist skill sets and it is paying off. The system is more robust and is developing into a more complex and functional product that can be replicated for a number of industries and client bases. There are always new opportunities - into new markets, to progress in your career and most excitingly for me to conceptualise, manage, and deliver new products. The sky is the limit for those with the determination to achieve. No-one said it would be easy, but I wouldn't have it any other way. The team is also without a doubt the best bunch of people I have ever worked with and played with.

Cons

It does require a strong individual to work here but I think previous employees have been a bit dramatic in their reviews. Things move very quickly, but structure is slowly being introduced, and the employees are part of the change process. It's a small business, that has experienced rapid growth and the challenges that go with it, but there is so much potential and it's apparent that Management are dedicated to improvement. It wouldn't suit an individual who doesn't like working in a team, or doesn't like to make decisions.

Great Learning Experience For a Year

Pros

I can say its the staff and my Manager was amazing, also was the other two Gents I work with very closely.

Cons

The owner of the company, treats staff like sh*t, when he says jump he expect you to say how high. The staff that I worked with are amazing and they give their all, staff are underpaid, undervalued and badly treated... Also Only company I know that doesn't do appraisal if you keep requesting it after you complete probation get ready for your contract to be terminated and don't ever ask for pay increase it doesn't exist unless you are part of the core.
