Latest Technologies, Good working hours, Good salary hikes, good overtime policies, Good learning curve. Opportunity for End to End knowledge

Cons

Lot of work pressure, Poor judgement for employees, Policies changes from person to person, Opportunity changes from person to person, If you cant make your good impression then you lost the job. They don't want good or better, what they want is the best, and the 'best' is subjected. HR department is not of any use. the atmosphere is very agile. Opportunities are only of few of the people. lots of monopoly. You don't know when is your last day in the company.

Working here has been a great experience. It's a good place to learn new skills and put what you've already learnt in to practice as there is a lot of work to get through and the pace is fast. I feel a huge sense of achievement both in the products I've helped to develop and also learnt a lot of useful work skills like managing my time efficiently, keep myself focused and learning to keep a cool head when deadlines are approaching. So far a very interesting place to work and a great experience.

Cons

The pressure can mount when a big deadline is coming and everyone copes differently to this. On the whole everyone working here is very nice, helpful and supportive, but if you need some piece of information during a pressured time, then you have to push to get the important details.
