Pros

Great team members. Seattle has the best energy and the best leaders in the company. Managers actually care about your well-being. Its just unfortunate that the leadership in Virginia does not.

Cons

Leadership in Virginia is terrible. It is all based on luck and what campaign you get, yet you are expected to meet the standards of easier campaigns. The moment you are on a pip expect to be fired because they over-hire and can't hold on to campaigns and blame reps when they are the ones who over-promise. The Seattle office had the best community until they found a new MD who is trying to make it like the Virginia office where everyone is afraid to speak.

Pros

The people are really truly amazing and the atmosphere is fun and youthful.

Cons

Really more than you can count. Low salaries, no structure, “managers” are not even old enough to rent a car let alone run a team. The company went on a hiring freeze because of how many clients left and now are handing out unrealistic goals to begin putting people on performance improvements so try and avoid unemployment when they start with mass layoffs. Multiple promises made and broken. They will promise someone a promotion and not give it to them. Upper management is extremely toxic and will talk behind your back, fat shame, yell, and are overall unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. This place is basically a glorified call center. Great place to get a year or so of experience right out of college. If you’re a frat bro that can get in with management you should do fine for a year or two. The HR department is basically non existent and never follows actual protocol or sometimes laws. When they have people travel they choose the cheapest flight off of Expedia for you regardless or times or consideration of your personal weekend schedule. They don’t let you get a rental car and instead make people from the offices near the airport you fly in come and pick you up and chauffeur you around the city. You have to share rooms with co-workers whether you want to or not. Their per diem is only $50 a day ($25 on a travel day). Regardless of when you fly in or where. Yes. Flying into Seattle, Boston, or anywhere in California in the morning and they only give you $25 to eat and drink for that entire day. Needless to say to sum all of this up. Please be wary about the amazing benefits this place may offer you. On the surface it looks like a cool young place to work where you can gain some good experience and training. Underneath the surface all they care about is making profits and bringing in new meat for their corporate grinder.

Pros

-If you're in their "favorites" you tend to do well. Or if you luck out by being given an easy client. Not all clients are created equal, and often have unrealistic expectations. -Good gateway sales gig, easy enough to get hired -I had a good clients at first, so things went well for me -Can have great opportunities, but completely dependent on client

Cons

-Management can often be petty, and blatant favoritism is shown -Often top performers aren't necessarily the hardest working, just on the best accounts -Watched them actively screw over multiple veteran employees from getting positions they deserved for both in-house and clients -Saw them try and screw people out of bonuses CONSTANTLY, after the end of the month changing quoting (happened at least 3 times in the time I was there)
