Pros

Great training if this is your first time entering Sales realm.

Cons

Cruel upper management. Sexual harassment, drug use, and racism are rampant here from coworkers and managers alike. Paychecks were late often. Do not work here unless you’re going to be evicted from your house and need $ fast.

Pros

Decent Training, but very generic

Cons

The overall culture of the company is very toxic. You are paid far less than the industry average and recruiters lie about OTE and commission opportunities, not to mention you only get 10 days of PTO for the whole year, no sick days. You are at the mercy of the campaign you are given so people who are put on more sought after campaigns will succeed with only half the work and management does not care, nor do they do anything to help people on more difficult campaigns. If you're looking for an opportunity to enter the tech sales space, this is a very toxic and all around nerve-racking way to go.
