Pros

-You learn the BARE MINIMUM of sales -You will often work with cool people as everyone got lured in by the same empty promises made by the recruiters -You have the slightest chance of getting hired out by a better company (because every client of memoryBlue has realistic expectations for their SDRS) -The work is brainless once you figure out how to fly under the radar

Cons

-Brainless production for the sake of "Hustle" -The pay is terrible, work here if you live rent free (most do because they prey on naïve college kids that are just looking for a job after they graduate) -The Hustle score system ensures that you are held accountable for dialing 500+ dials a week and booking an appointment with whoever has a pulse -There is no incentive to go above and beyond, don't fall for the fancy vacations and night-outs to drink/party (Because once you're fired, they're going to ask for all the money spent on you back) -Clients of mB are often over promised and under delivered, don't believe the hype of our high volume demands of daily dials -Management is young and are just obedient foot soldiers to higher authority

Pros

You might meet friends that are kindred spirits in your struggle

Cons

Where to start... the hours are terrible, the recruiters lie outright and I overheard them talking about how they will say anything to get people to sign an offer letter. The pay is terrible and accessing the bonus structures is nearly impossible. The management team is completely dysfunctional and unprofessional. They try to guilt you into thinking that you're not having a good experience because you're not working hard enough. There are SO MANY pointless meetings that last way longer than they should and prevent you from doing your job. Every single thing that they could cheap out on, they do. The offices are like a call center and you are just a number to them. The equipment and tech is terrible.
