Pros

Smaller company, basically only hires young people so you'll make friends, training makes you feel like you're back in elementary school

Cons

The culture (an honestly every part of the org I was "sold" on in the recruitment process) of this company has fluctuated so much over the last 2 years. It seems like everything is unstable. They've halted growth in new markets because they're struggling. Upper management is using fear tactics to keep motivation up... it's toxic. Morale is extremely low in all offices and there's nobody focused on building it up. People (from upper management down to SDRs) are putting in their notice to leave left and right. The marketing team pushes people to review on Glassdoor and post on LinkedIn about hiring so be weary. HR is 1 person so if you're going through something you won't be supported. ZERO DE&I focus. 3 leaders at the entire org are overly involved in every single department. Please do yourself a favor and find literally anywhere else to work, or at least find someone who has been at the org for less than 1 year to message on LI and ask about their honest feedback before applying

Pros

-You'll gain experience in sales

Cons

-THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE NUMBERS, they only care about QUANTITY of meetings rather than QUALITY. 100 meetings with somewhat qualified people is better than 1 meeting with the perfect prospect because they have you aim for 500+ dials a week and an expectation of setting 1 appointment every day -You literally learn everything on your own, do not depend on management for guidance as they repeat the same general advice for every question -There is no incentive to stay long term or room for growth here (This company's whole business model is based on retaining talent while promising you that they'll get you better opportunities) -SDRs are encouraged to lie to their clients and to work just for the sake of numbers -Management is full of people who just drank the company kool aid, not a single person actually cares about the development of their SDRs.

Pros

Cool coworkers, that’s about it

Cons

Just a terrible work environment. If you didn’t 100 calls you were frowned upon. Yet if I would book 4 meetings out of 60-75 calls. So not sure why I get punished for other metrics.
