      Lots of freedom and a culture of inclusion.

      Cons

      Poor management, lack of oversight, internal hiring and favoring based on longevity at the company rather than what would be best for the project/company.

      Pros

      Ambitious and very social, you work with the people that you hang out with too. It is fun, and it is challenging. Keeps you on your toes and pushing boundary

      Cons

      It is art, it is pushing boundary, so it is also often times unknown and ambiguous. There are times I wish i had a normal job.

      Pros

      - The thing they made in Santa Fe is pretty impressive - There are lot of very nice people working there - Might actually be a good first job for someone wanting to break in

      Cons

      - Departmental gerrymandering - Incompetent, manipulative mid/high level management - Inexperienced and sometimes abusive high/executive level management - Low pay (about half industry standard in my case) - HR ignores the above problems and its effect on employees and the work
