Chaos: the good and the very worst kind all in one

There’s nothing like it and they’re doing things no one else is doing. It’s exciting to be a part of something that feels bigger than you and that everyone wants to be a part of. The people are fun and the projects are exciting challenges to figure out!

Cons

There’s little organizational leadership and every day is a tiring demoralizing reinvention of the wheel to try and get things done in an organized way. Get ready for chaos and exhaustion after doing things two or three times over. Their transparency and communication are also very poor, it’s hard to know what’s coming or going on any given day.

Must work massive OT to succeed and even then you will fall short. Understaffed, lack of professionalism. Very cultish. Power imbalances.
