      Fellow employees, benefits, work location close to home. I know they want a 20 word minimum of pros for the job but reflecting on the past year and how the company has been proceeding that is difficult to do.

      Cons

      Heavy work volume, pay, leadership, no room for advancement, no availability for part time/work from home positions, no support from upper management, goals are not properly reviewed, and poor communication between departments.
