      Holiday Bonus, close to home, good benefits. Coffee in break room , fun potlucks and quarterly luncheons. Support staff was helpful

      I'm putting this in cons only because I was forced out ( which I was actively looking for a perfect way out anyways after 19 years because I wanted to work full time remote) the good side of my position being eliminated was I was finally ready to to move ! Mercury allowed me to work 13 years part time ... With benefits. But their choice to let the old dogs go with so much experience has given me so much opportunity. The training and reputation of being a knowledgable insurance professional really worked out. As soon as I started looking I had multiple job offers... I gave notice within one week.

      overloaded with claims ratio claims to staff are not realistic management talks down to employees employees with over 10+ years are targeted for lay off's or demotions

      People, bonuses, extra 15 minutes for lunch twice a month

      Cons

      Unrealistic goals, heavy/nearly impossible workload. Morale is at an all time low. Overtime is needed daily just to try to keep up with the workload. 9 months into the new software we still are having problems with it.
